As the principal of Abraham Lincoln Elementary School it is my sincere pleasure and honor to be a member of the, "Lion Pride." In Colton Joint Unified School District I have enjoyed the results of professional partnerships between district and school staffs, community members and the school board while serving our school as we strived toward what is best for our children's academic success and social well being. I am truly honored to be in this position and am looking forward to working with the dedicated staff to provide the best possible educational program to our students.

I began my professional career in the Inland Empire in the Etiwanda School District 24 years ago. I held the position of elementary and middle school teacher, summer school principal, professional development manager and writer, support provider and curriculum specialist. I find that my professional experiences have assisted me in developing and implementing programs and services that are student centered and support the ideals of the Colton Joint Unified School District for student achievement and social well being.

My greatest desire is to provide leadership that will facilitate a safe school environment that provides academic excellence and challenge for each child to achieve to the best of their ability. The educational programs will exemplify our transition to the Common Core State Standards. Parents, teachers, support staff and administration all have an important role to encourage and support our children's learning experiences.

Through a close partnership with our leaning community, I am confident we can make our school a safe place where our children learn and grow.
