  • Budgets and Financial Reports

    The Fiscal Services Department is dedicated  to maximizing our financial resources and to maintaining financial records in  accordance with all federal and state guidelines.  The department is an  integral part of the Business Services Division and works in collaboration with  all schools, departments, and divisions throughout the District.  The  Fiscal Services Department is responsible for all day-to-day and long-range  fiscal functions of the District.  These functions include:

    • Budgeting and Financial Reporting
    • Accounting
    • Student Attendance Accounting
    • Payroll
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Student Body Accounts (ASB)
