ADMISSIONS

Enrollments are processed at all school sites.

You may also visit our Pre-Enrollment tab if you prefer to complete the enrollment process online. You must be able to upload all the required documents.

Students eligible for TK with birthdate on or between: September 2, 2019 - June 2, 2020

Students eligible for Kindergarten with birthdate on or between: September 2, 2018 - September 1, 2019

School Site Locator tool helps you find the school assigned to your address and where you will be enrolling your student.

CJUSD School Site Directory has the list of all the schools in our district.

• Forms must be completed and signed along with providing the required documents listed on the Checklist Form for the school office to complete an enrollment. 
• If completing the Pre-Enrollment online, please ensure all the required documentation is uploaded. You will receive notification from the school office once your enrollment has been completed or if you need to provide more information.

2023-2024 ENROLLMENT

Please download an enrollment packet here Enrollment Packets.

In addition to your completed enrollment packet, the following documents are required at the time of your enrollment appointment and are listed in the enrollment packet:

• Parent/Legal Guardian government issued picture identification card.
• The student’s birth certificate or other verification of student’s proof of age
• The student’s immunization record (see enrollment packet for specific immunization requirements)
• Address verification (utility bill from gas, water, or electric dated within last 30 days).

Enrollment cannot be completed without ALL required documentation listed in the enrollment packet being presented at the time of your enrollment or if the Pre Enrollment process is not complete and required documents are not uploaded.
