2018-2019 LCAP Survey
CJUSD would like you to share your thoughts on the district's performance. CJUSD will use the feedback received to ensure that district offerings meet the needs of students, parents, and staff, consistent with the district’s Local Control and Accountability Plan. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is essential to the district, and we appreciate your thoughtful responses. All responses will remain anonymous, and will only be reported to the district in the aggregate.
