The CJUSD Leadership Academy Team began meeting during the 2022-23 school year.  The Teams goal is to support leadership development in CJUSD amongst all employees and learning partners.  This year's program included:  

• Reading literature around the topic of leadership including values, personal mastery, building teams and people, change leadership and decision making.

• In-depth discussions and collaborative learning at monthly meetings.

• Attending the Diamond 6 Leadership Battle of Gettysburg Leadership Workshop.
