The Educational Services Division is committed to carrying out the Colton Joint Unified School District's overall mission by providing our students with engaging, challenging and enriching opportunities and specialized programs that will ensure each of them learns the academic knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in college or in the workforce and be responsible, productive citizens.

The Educational Services Division encompasses departments for elementary and secondary curriculum, staff development for teachers and other certificated employees and administration of our state and federally funded categorical programs. It also includes the Language Support Services Department, which works specifically with programs for our English Learners.

By working in concert with district certificated staff and site administration, the Board of Education and the parents and students we serve, Educational Services is committed to continuing the outstanding progress we have been making in student achievement. Last year's success included every school in the district raising its state Academic Performance Index score and another school added to our list of California Distinguished Schools.
